Other features include 2 coats of polyurethane on walls, ceiling, and floor, air conditioning, and heat wall mount ductless mini split with 9,000 BTU, 12,000 BTU, or 18,000 BTU air conditioning and heat. All beds and mattresses except for futons (futons are optional), table or breakfast bar with bar stools.
